What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer. You will be invoiced on a weekly basis.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I am fully insured and will provide proof at the meet and greet.
Do you have a DBS check?
Yes and will provide proof at the meet and greet.
Are my keys kept safe?
Yes, they are kept in a secure place overnight and are fully insured.
What safety precautions do you have in place?
I am first aid trained and carry a first aid kit with me at all times along with a larger first aid kit in my vehicle.
I have light up/reflective tags which I will put on the dogs on the afternoon/evening walks in the winter months so that I can see them at all times.
I also have my own engraved tags that I will put onto your dogs collar that states that they are on a walk with me as well as having my contact details on them.
I have a van which has crates in the back section so that they are comfortably and safely transported to and from the walks. If you would like to see how they will be transported in the van, please do ask and I'll be happy to show you at the meet and greet.
What happens if the weather is bad?
I will be happy to walk your dog come rain or shine. However, in extreme cases such as heavy snow or extreme heat, for the safety of your dogs I will be unable to walk them but will offer a house visit instead.
